7 Week Session: Wednesday, January 24th- Friday, March 8th; possible poor weather make up dates: March 13-15th and March 20-22nd 2024

This session runs from mid January through early March, and provides members with a weekly share of frost-sweetened spinach leaves during the depths of winter when good greens are hard to find. 

The winter spinach club is sometimes weather dependent. If a week is missed due to freezing temperatures that prevent the spinach from thawing out for harvest, we will add a week to the end of the session as long as the weather permits.
