This stunning fall radish has 2-3” globes with greenish white skin and a hot pink center. The flesh is sweet and dense; perfect for dressing up a salad or pickling. Also known as Red Meat radish. Like daikon, watermelon radishes should be planted in mid-late summer for a fall crop. Stores well.
