Pepper, Antohi (Capsicum annuum)

Antohi has 4” long, tapered fruits that ripen from pale yellow to bright red. Thick walled and sweet, these peppers are delicious raw or cooked. Productive even during a cool, wet summer. Jan Antohi, a Romanian acrobat, brought these heirloom pepper seeds along when he defected to the United States in the 1990s.
