Mizuna (Brassica rapa)
Mild tasting, feathery Japanese green with just a hint of mustard bite. A great addition to salad mixes, mizuna contrasts nicely with spicier greens such as arugula. Sauté larger leaves with olive oil and garlic to top pasta. For multiple harvests, cut plants to half inch above soil line.
