from 4.00

Arugula (Eruca sativa)

Arugula adds a spicy flavor to salads, sandwiches, or just about any meal. Great tasting raw or lightly cooked. Tender leaves will regrow if cut 1/2" above ground. For best performance and flavor, plant early in the spring and again in late-summer for a fall harvest.

  • Full sun, tolerates light shade
  • Direct sow outdoors: March-April and again in September
  • Sow seeds 1/4” deep at 2”-6” spacing
  • 21-35 days to maturity
